Wizu Workspace Win Prestigious Excellence In Customer Service Award

Wizu Workspace is proud to have won first place in the prestigious Flexible Space Association awards, for Excellence In Customer Service.
The award, which covers the North of England and Northern Ireland, was presented to Wizu in the annual November 2021 award ceremony. Judges were looking for a flexible workspace provider with outstanding examples of customer service, where staff had gone the extra mile, both during the pandemic and afterwards.
Wizu demonstrated an incredible dedication to providing outstanding customer service, with the Flexible Space Association taking into consideration the company’s verified customer feedback and values.
The Flexible Space Association explained:
“The Wizu team go above and beyond to deliver the highest standards of service and hospitality, backed up with over 100 5* reviews. A recent member survey also revealed an industry leading Net Promoter Score of 81/100. Clients praise the Wizu team, for whom they say nothing is too much trouble. They also comment on the fun social events and friendly community created by the team.”
