Who Are We?
Wizu Workspace was built on an entrepreneurial spirit from the beginning. Our passion has been to create stunning workspaces and provide never-ending cups of Yorkshire tea. We were founded back in 2016 by Tom Almas and John Guggenheim.
They were concerned about the lack of trust between businesses and corporate landlords. In addition, the office spaces tended toward drab, uninspiring workspaces lacking deliberate design. Talk about the endless headaches that go with this model!
Almas and Guggenheim wanted to create beautiful workspaces that offered inspiration and increased productivity. They also wanted to improve the relationship between businesses and their landlords. With these goals in mind, Wizu Workspaces was created.
