The Wizu Story
Wizu Workspace was built on the foundations of entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for beautiful workspaces and countless cups of Yorkshire Tea. In 2016, founders Tom Almas and John Guggenheim discovered that there was a lack of trust between businesses and big corporate landlords, coupled with bleak, uninspiring workspace design and endless headaches.
This sparked the duo’s mission to not only create considered, beautiful workspaces that inspire people to do their best work, but to also demonstrate the relationship between businesses and landlords can be one of real collaboration and trust.
Along the way they discovered that by transforming buildings they were also impacting the cities and people in those places for good. They decided that the North of England would be their focus.
Fast forward to now, Wizu have helped hundreds of businesses have their dream workspace and experience great joy in over 100,000 sq ft of workspace and still growing…
