Community Manager

Job Description
Community Manager

Wizu started as a team of three – today, there are over 60 of us, and we’re still growing.

We create flexible workspaces where people genuinely want to be. Spaces that feel welcoming, supportive and professional, where local businesses can thrive, and communities can grow.

We’re proud of the culture we’ve built – one that’s collaborative, people-first and ambitious without losing its warmth. We have been recognised as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025, reflecting our commitment to creating a supportive and rewarding workplace.

With multiple industry awards, a growing portfolio and big plans for the future, there’s never been a better time to join Wizu. When you join us, you’re not just taking a job – you’re becoming part of a team that looks after each other and takes real pride in what we do.

Our Values
Everything we do at Wizu is guided by three simple values:

  • Love People – We genuinely care. About our members, our clients, our colleagues and our communities.
  • Deliver Excellence – We take pride in the detail, the standards and the experience we create every day.
  • Grow Together – We support each other, learn together and create opportunities to develop and progress.

We’re looking for people who naturally live these values – not just at work, but in how they show up every day.
