Meet the Wizu Crew – Kasia

Hear about how she’s found her first month with us and what she loves about Wizu and the surrounding area.

What’s your role at Wizu?
I’m the Community Associate at The Leeming building.

What’s it like being part of the team so far?
It’s so lovely! I’ve never been so welcomed into a team before. Everyone is so approachable and helpful. It’s made me confident in settling in and asking for help when this can be intimidating when first starting out in a new job.

What have you enjoyed the most in your role so far?
Getting to know the members of Leeming and putting together a range of members events with Eloise, Member Host.

 Do you have any fun hobbies or interests?
I like reading and going for walks – I need to get back into my running era! I love a good pastry so going to bakeries is one of my favourite things to do.

What’s your favourite thing about the area where you’re located? (The near-ish surroundings to our office spaces).
The Leeming building is right above Kirkgate Market – mine and Eliose’s view is directly into the market, so it’s great for people watching and grabbing a bite to eat. It’s also a really handy location to run errands (aka spending all my money in Zara) or meet up with friends at lunch.

If you could trade jobs with anyone else on the team for a day, who would it be, and why?
Kirsty because she’s a boss 😊 she knows everything there is to know about Leeming!
