Frequently asked questions
Do I have to sign up on your website?
Wizu your way. You can sign up directly using our online process or drop us an email on sales@wizuworkspace. If offline is more your vibe, you can give us a call on 0113 468 9300 or arrange an in-person viewing at your preferred location.
How do the co-working passes work? Can I use these at any of your locations?
If you’ve opted for the 2 free co-working days as part of your virtual package, then you’re free to use these at any of our Wizu locations (apart from Park Place, which doesn’t have a co-working space).
If I don’t use my co-working days one month can I roll these over to next month?
If you don’t use your taster days for that month, then we are unable to add them on to next month.
Is there a discount if I choose multiple addresses?
Yes, if you want to add an additional location we can offer a 10% discount.
Can I upgrade my package at any time and add on mail handling or call answering options?
Absolutely! You can upgrade your package at any time, and this will be added to the next month’s billing.
Can I add on other company names?
If you need to add on a ‘trading as name’ we can do this for you. However it needs to be the same company number and information for the business.
If you need to add on a company which is a different business altogether (a different entity on Companies House) you will need a separate agreement .
Good news – we can give the following discounts for additional company names:
x2 companies – 10% on both
x3 companies – 15% on all
x4 companies – 20% on all
x5 or more companies – 25% on all
What are the compliance checks and why do I have to do this?
All service providers offering Virtual Office Services have to adhere to HMRC AML Regulations 2017. This means we have to collect documents to prove your identity and run basic anti-money laundering checks based on the information you have provided. These checks are soft checks and will not affect your credit report. Please note that these requirements are set by HMRC and are not negotiable.
We cannot accept any post or enter into an agreement for any virtual office if they do not pass or do not complete compliance.
The sign up process asks for my company reg number but I don’t have this yet
That’s fine – just let us know as soon as you register on Companies House.
Can I use my virtual address for a bank account?
Yes! You can use the address for any forms of business correspondence.
Can I use my virtual address for HMRC?
Yes absolutely. You can use it for your Self Assessment tax return if needed or you can use it as your Registered Address with Companies House as long as you have the correct membership.
Can I use my address for ebay?
Unfortunately we don’t allow our address to be used for your ebay account
If I choose to divert calls, how does the number show up? Is it the landline number we provide or the caller’s number?
It’s completely up to you! We can set it up how you prefer.
