Meet The Wizu Crew – Jack

Welcome back to another edition of Meet The Wizu Crew! Today we have our lovely Meetings and Events Associate Jack, who has been with us for just under 6 months, but has already been an instrumental part of our Glasgow team.

Get to know him and how he’s finding the role so far below!

What’s your role at Wizu?

Meeting and Events Sales Associate.

What’s it like being part of the team so far? 

The MES team are great and even though they’re all based in a different city from myself, they have made me feel like I’m part of the team since day 1.

What have you enjoyed the most in your role so far? 

I have enjoyed the fast-paced task of organising and managing all the meetings and events here in Glasgow.

Describe your role in three emojis 

Do you have any fun hobbies or interests? 

I love playing tennis and watching football.

What’s your favourite thing about the area where you’re located? 

(The near-ish surroundings to our office spaces). The area around is great as there’s loads of shops and restaurants, the coffee shop attached to the building is also a plus!

If you could trade jobs with anyone else on the team for a day, who would it be, and why? 

I would have to say Shaneece, she gets to tell me what to do!

Describe your work style in terms of a fictional character’s wardrobe. 

Difficult question. I’d love to say Harvey Specter but don’t think I’m quite pulling that off sadly. 

What’s your go-to karaoke song (even if it’s a guilty pleasure)? 

Wagon wheel or Dignity by Deacon Blue.

What’s your secret talent or party trick that always impresses people? 

Showed the Glasgow Team my Dolphin impression the other day and safe to say they were impressed – I promise I work hard!
