    Whats the difference between serviced and traditional offices?

    Moving to a new office is exciting but choosing the wrong option for your business can be an expensive venture. When it comes to choosing between a traditional office and service office, which one is better for your business?

    1). Leases: A lease for a traditional office is usually fixed, which means you’re usually required to rent the space long-term. On the other hand, a serviced office’s lease is flexible. You’ll have the option to choose between a short- or a long-term lease.

    Choosing a traditional office ties your business to the space for several years. In that time, you may find the markets change and all that space is costing quite a bit.
