Assist the compliance manager in executing contracts, new virtual office sign-ups and AML compliance. |

Your key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): |
Specific Tasks
- Contract Execution
- Manage member compliance across all contracts
- Anti-Money Laundering Compliance
- Manage Virtual Service Memberships, Contracts and all new sign ups.
- Assist in driving sales and reporting on Virtual Service Contracts

Compliance and Contracts |
- Ensure compliance of Anti-Money Laundering regulations for all Virtual Office Members.
- Conduct compliance checks on new contracts as required.
- Ensure meticulous record keeping.
- Raise and execute contracts for the Sales Team.
- Conduct annual audit of compliance documents across all contracts.
- Ensure proper use of company addresses.

Virtual Office |
- Complete sign up of new virtual office contracts including compliance checks within set timelines.
- Communicate membership requirements to Member Teams.
- Ongoing Management of contracts.
- Manage terminations.
- Address and escalate where necessary member complaints or queries.
- Ensure optimum member satisfaction and seek and record feedback as appropriate.
- Updating CRM.

Sales and Finance |
- Assisting in keeping sales collateral up to date.
- Provide prompt feedback to the sales team directly and via the CRM.
- Relay commercial member feedback to the sales team and support of monthly statistics reporting.
- Ensure optimum retention and renewals of virtual contracts.
- Work towards KPI’s.
- Conduct competitor research.
- Ensure systems are adequately and efficiently kept up to date.
